After making your 2 night reservation with White Wing Resort, please print the rules and regulations along with the registration form. Keep the rules for your records. Complete and sign the registration form and mail with your $75.00 entry fee and your 2 night deposit quoted you by Jim or Laura from White Wing. They will mail you your reservation and tournament entry confirmations as soon as your deposit is received.
